“Having served the Corporates in Executive Search business for more than 15 years in providing middle to senior level management professionals, I was looking to create an innovative Technology platform company, where Speed & Quality would be critical to fulfill the urgent Corporate manpower requirements, and that was the reason to start People Infinia, a market place for Job Consultants,” says Rohini.
“We had started People Infinia to provide Quality Candidates to Corporates. The objective was to have a large base of placement Consultants pan India on our panel using IT Technology, which would be fully automated to provide a Quality Value Proposition to Talent Acquisition team,” adds Sandeep.

People Infinia acts as an integrator and marketplace for both the HR recruiters and consultants. Organizations looking for candidates post their job requirements on People Infinia’s AI powered platform, after which the resumes that are shortlisted by specialist recruiters are matched with the job requirements. Not only that, People Infinia also performs a second level of screening, where the platform automates resume screening by AI and ML algorithms from the existing resume database.
