GetWork raises Rs 30 Lakhs in pre-seed round

HR Tech startup GetWork raised 30 lakhs investment from Rudraksh Ventures which was founded by Angel Investor Munish Bhatia, ex-Aon Hewitt & DXC Technologies.  by training GenZ college students  on in-demand industrial skills, GetWork is on a mission to democratize job opportunities.

The raised funds will be utilized to enhance the GetWork Recruit candidate-matching AI engine. Reducing the time it takes to source, screen, and shortlist candidates, These AI algorithms will be significantly faster than the present ones which take up at least 60-80 percent of a recruiter’s time. Hence offering  an intuitive platform that prioritizes speed and quality of hires is necessary.

Founder, CEO of GetWork & MNNIT Alumnus, Rahul Veerwal said, “There is a need for a platform in the market to facilitate interaction between colleges, companies, and students. This academia-industry collaboration will impact the job market at a macro-level.

This HR-Tech startup’s network of colleges and employer partners is positively impacting student career options since its inception in 2019 in Gurugram. Also, the company has been onboarded to India Accelerator’s Summer Startup Incubator Program in April as well.
